At Khelaxy, we strive to ensure your experience with our community, content, and services is enriching and valuable. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed. 

1. Memberships 

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 

Refunds: We do not offer partial or full refunds for unused membership periods once payment has been processed. 

2. Paid Courses, Events & Masterclasses 

Cancellation by User: If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the course/event/masterclass start time, you're eligible for a full refund or credit for future use. 

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable. 

No Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued if you do not attend the session. 

3. Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Downloadable Content) 

All purchases of digital content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. 

In case of a technical issue that prevents access, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. 

4. Payment Disputes 

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or face a billing issue, please contact us at [Insert Support Email] within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

5. Refund Method 

Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. In case of payment gateway delays, please allow additional processing time. 

6. Cancellation by Khelaxy 

In rare cases where Khelaxy cancels an event, course, or service: 

You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule or transfer your payment to a future session.
